• Production support role: Root cause analysis of OASIS software application issues. Work with cross-functional resources (vendor included) to identify and implement solutions to address production issues

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Business, Information Technology or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience in software application development and support (preferably experience with packaged software products)
• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL experience – in both analyzing code and writing SQL update logic
