• Unqualified Consent-to-Settle feature for Individual Insureds. This means that MedPro cannot settle a claim or suit without your consent, offering you the ability to protect your professional reputation without the risk of the insurance carrier overriding your wishes.
• Individual Policy Limits of $1 million / $3 million, with defense provided outside of the limits. Higher limits are also available for those seeking greater protection.
• Reimbursement for physician attendance at trial up to $250 or $500 per day, $10,000 per year.
• Reimbursement up to $25,000 per proceeding for Medical Board and other hearings with a $100,000 annual policy limit.
