Anthony Villanueva
General Manager and Customer Service Leader
Tony began his Medical Protective career in 2002, working as a Six Sigma Black Belt focused on improving processes company-wide. After 2 years he made the transition to the service team as the Northeast Region Customer Leader. In the three years that followed, Tony's responsibilities on the service team continued to grow, culminating in his current position where he leads the Customer Service Team and establishes service standards for the entire company.
Prior to joining Medical Protective, Tony served as an Acquisitions Officer in United States Air Force. He was honorably discharged in 2000 after 11 years of service and joined GE Industrial System's Fort Wayne Motors plant where he became a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Tony holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a MS in Systems Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
