Our goal is to treat the personal information you furnish with the utmost respect and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies only to our customers and visitors who use the Site and who reside in the United States. We do not knowingly solicit business from outside the United States or from any jurisdiction within the United States in which we have no valid license, no filed rates or products or any appointed representatives (either employed or under contract). The Site is owned and operated by Medical Protective Corporation and its direct subsidiaries, which are: The Medical Protective Company, Medical Protective Finance Corporation and Medical Protective Insurance Services, Inc (collectively, "Medical Protective") and is operated out of its facilities in the United States. This privacy policy applies collectively to Medical Protective's security practices and to all data collected by, used by or exchanged among any Medical Protective legal entity. The policy is currently applicable only to U.S. customers and visitors. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

1. Anonymous Information and Aggregated Statistics
