Would you trust your facility to anything less?
Ive been practicing for 26 years and the financial strength of my medmal carrier is important to me. After you watch a couple of companies go under, you know how important financial strength is.

Ill be honest, price is a significant factor in my purchasing decision, but my coverage has to be with an "A" rated carrier. Medical Protective offered me excellent coverage with an excellent company at better rates than I could get at my other "A" rated carrier. If it were only about price, I would be at an unrated carrier--to me that's unthinkable.
