This schedule contains a list of states in which each carrier Company actively writes business for each line of business. This schedule is incorporated into and forms a part of each Producer Agreement in which it is referenced.

For certain lines of business, coverage for different sub-lines of business or insured specialties is written by different carriers. For details about which carrier writes each sub-line or specialty in a certain state, refer to the company. Exceptions to and variations from this Carrier Territory Schedule may be made on a case by case basis within the scope of authority of each carrier’s Certificates of Authority.

References to this schedule in Producer Agreement (for reference only, not be be included in the CTS):
"Carrier Territory Schedule" means the list of states in which each carrier Company actively writes business, which will be made accessible either at medpro.com/affiliates or via such other paper or electronic means as Company may designate from time to time. The Carrier Territory Schedule, as updated from time to time, is incorporated herein and forms part of this Agreement.

Notwithstanding the territories designated in the Authorization Schedule, Producer may only act on behalf of each carrier in those states where the carrier actively writes business for each line of business, as set forth in the Carrier Territory Schedule.
