Information furnished by you to us will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please find below details about our practices for handling and securing your personal information. In this policy, "personal information" refers to names, home and office contact information and any other "information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person." This Privacy Policy applies only to our customers and visitors who use the Site and who reside in the United States.

The Site is owned and operated by MedPro Group Inc. and its subsidiaries and controlled entities (collectively, "MedPro"). The Site is operated out of MedPro's facilities in the United States. This Privacy Policy applies collectively to MedPro's security practices and to all data collected by, used by or exchanged among any of the MedPro legal entities. Most of the affiliates of MedPro have their own websites with their own unique privacy policies that discuss each site's data collection, use and security practices. Should you visit one of these sites, we encourage you to review its privacy policy and the applicable privacy practices.

What Information Do We Collect and Why?

You can visit the Site anonymously without providing any personal information and without becoming a registered user. Our web servers may collect user information, including IP address, name of the domain used to access the Site, the referring URL, and user agent, which identifies the type of browser and platform used to access the Site. We also use this data to monitor Site performance and to make the Site easier and more convenient to use.

MedPro may compile aggregated statistics about customers, sales, traffic patterns and services. Information sought by MedPro may depend on the product or service requested. As a result, MedPro may request personal information including name, street address, ZIP Code, telephone number, fax number, email address, and area of practice or degree (if applicable). MedPro may collect other personal information through comments, feedback, participation in surveys, or other requests for information.

Further personal information may be required during the application and underwriting process. That information may include, among other things, claim payments, loss history or other underwriting information, credit card numbers, bank account information or social security numbers. In certain circumstances, we may require information primarily used for individual, family or household purposes.

You may "opt-out" of receiving any further emails of this nature by following the instructions contained in the e-mail.

At times, MedPro may conduct online surveys to better understand the needs, profiles and experience of our visitors. Our hope is that you will respond to the surveys. However, we leave the choice to you.

5. Children and Privacy

This Site is not intended for anyone under 13 years of age. MedPro does not knowingly solicit information from children, nor do we knowingly market our products or services to children.

6. Cookies and Other Automated Collection Means

Certain features of this Site may use cookies. Cookies are small files that are sent to your computer when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your browser and may store certain information, such as the number of visits, average time spent, page views, and other statistics. You may be able to block cookies or receive a warning when a cookie is being sent (typically in the privacy settings of your browser). However, some features of our Site may not function properly without the cookie. Cookies do not gather personal information about you but you can read our Privacy Policy for more information about how we protect any information we receive from you.

We may use third party vendor tracking cookies. The third party vendors whose services we use may place cookies on web browsers in order to serve ads based on past visits to our website. As always, we respect your privacy and are not collecting any identifiable information through the use of any third party remarketing system. We may use Google Analytics’ third party audience data such as age, gender, and interests to better understand the behavior of our customers. These companies also use automated technologies to collect information when you click on our ads, which helps track and manage the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
