Mark T. Walthour

Senior Vice President of Underwriting

directs our team of expert underwriters who evaluate the portfolios of healthcare providers and facilities to ensure they're a good fit for MedPro Group.

His core team sets the underwriting guidelines and guides regional leadership teams that focus our execution on a state-by-state basis. Mark has devoted his entire career, almost 20 years, to underwriting medical liability insurance. He joined MedPro Group in 1994 as an Assistant Vice President of Underwriting and then moved into his senior leadership position in 1996.

Mark graduated from Pennsylvania State University and is based out of our home office in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
