NewService Update for New Hampshire Medical Malpractice Joint Underwriting Association Policyholders

Pursuant to a recently enacted statute, The New Hampshire Medical Malpractice Joint Underwriting Association (NHMMJUA) must cease operations and will not issue new policies after December 31, 2015, but offers extended reporting endorsements as available under those policies. As a result, The Medical Protective Company (Medical Protective) and NHMMJUA have reached a court-approved agreement for the transfer and assumption of coverage-related obligations from NHMMJUA to Medical Protective.

NHMMJUA policyholders will now receive all policyholder services from Medical Protective's affiliate, Princeton Insurance Company (Princeton Insurance). Princeton Insurance already handles most of Medical Protective's operations in New England states. It is our privilege to provide services to NHMMJUA policyholders.

On behalf of Medical Protective, Princeton Insurance is proud to provide policyholder services to NHMMJUA policyholders
